FIRM PROFILE: The Firm's founders included Edward A. Hedman (1927- 2004), Thomas M. Gibson and James V. Costigan, graduates, respectively, of Fordham, New York University and St. John's Law Schools, who in 1981 collectively brought together more than 50 years of intellectual property law experience. The Firm's other principals collectively have more than 45 years of intellectual property experience.The Firm continues to emphasize the full spectrum of intellectual property law. Concentration: Intellectual Property. Mr. Costigan has been employed as a Patent Examiner in the U.S. Patent Office where he examined chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
